1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account or profile:
- Professional profiles: name, email, skills, experience, location, video interview recordings, AI interview scores, and AI lie detection analysis results.
- Employer accounts: company name, domain email, LinkedIn profile, and payment method details (processed by our payment provider, not stored on our servers).
- Contact information submitted through forms, the contact page, or email.
- Search campaign and recruiting engagement data: role requirements, shortlists, screening notes, and candidate correspondence.
2. Automatically Collected Data
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect basic usage data: pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/region level). We do not collect precise geolocation. We use minimal, analytics-only cookies (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Match professionals with employers based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Process payments, payouts, and escrow for milestone work.
- Generate AI interview scores, deception analysis, and estimated IQ results.
- Manage search campaigns, recruiting engagements, and staffing services.
- Send transactional emails (payment confirmations, interview notifications).
- Improve the Platform through aggregate, anonymized usage analytics.
4. What Employers See
Professional profiles are publicly browsable by employers on the Platform. Video interview recordings, AI scores, and detailed contact information are only revealed after an employer pays to unlock them. We never sell or share professional data with third-party recruiters, data brokers, or advertisers.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only as necessary to operate the Platform:
- Payment processors (to handle transactions).
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) under data processing agreements.
- Law enforcement, if required by valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
6. Professional Data Ownership
Professionals own their profile data. At any time, you can:
- Export your full profile, interview data, and earnings history.
- Delete your account and all associated data. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.
- Update or correct any information on your profile.
Reviews from completed transactions are retained on the Platform after account deletion, but are anonymized (the professional’s name and identifying details are removed).
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Essential cookies: session authentication and security (required for the Platform to function).
- Analytics cookies: anonymous, aggregate usage metrics to improve the product. No advertising or tracking cookies.
You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings. The Platform will continue to work.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls on internal systems. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our servers. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
9. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance, typically 7 years). Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
